Office Support Volunteer
Help us with office tasks! We have opportunities to serve for an hour or two a week, as your convenience. If you have additional skills, such as WordPress or Marketing, we welcome your expertise!
Events Planning Committee
Do you enjoy working with a team to make events happen? The United Way hosts 2-5 (small to medium) events a year and could really use your skills! This team will plan, work to obtain sponsorships, venue, and other event logistics.
Small Business Campaign Blitz Team Member
Help us reach out to Huntington businesses throughout our campaign! Delivery of campaign materials to individual workplaces is a critically important task. This is considered a "frontline effort" to provide a personal touch. All materials and small business workplace material will be delivered to small and mid-sized companies by volunteers or pairs of volunteers.
Campaign Cabinet
The Campaign Cabinet is the body of volunteers responsible for implementing the United Way of Huntington County's annual fundraising campaign to assist the United Way of Huntington County in accomplishing its mission of uniting the community to enhance the quality of life for all. Members assist in the planning and development of the campaign strategies and provide leadership for the implementation and execution of campaign efforts and logistics.
Board Member
The members of the Board of Directors of United Way of Huntington County uphold and guide the mission and values of the organization. The board commits to furthering the work of the community-level strategies. They provide oversight, governance, and organizational decision-making to guide the work and purpose of United Way of Huntington County. Board members serve two 3-year terms.
